Cross + Crown 2-Year Warranty - “The Heirloom Promise”
We craft every piece to last a lifetime, but life happens. For 24 months from the date your order is delivered, we’ll repair or replace your Cross + Crown jewelry free of charge if something goes wrong because of our materials or workmanship.
What’s Covered
- Broken chains, clasps, bails, or jump rings
- Loose prongs or stones
- Solder joints or settings that fail under normal wear
- Any manufacturing defect that affects the structural integrity of the piece
What’s Not Covered
We want to be as generous and fair as possible. The warranty does not apply to issues caused by factors outside our control, including:
- Loss or theft
- Cosmetic wear (surface scratches, small dents, normal patina/tarnish)
- Accidental or intentional damage such as crushing, bending, exposure to harsh chemicals, or other misuse
- Alterations or repairs by a third party (e.g., sizing, engraving, stone resetting done elsewhere)
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
- We’ll review your claim within 1-2 business day and send you a pre-paid return label if your warranty qualifies.
Turnaround: Most repairs or replacements ship back to you within 7 business days of receiving the piece. If a more complex fix is needed, we’ll let you know right away.

- Repaired or replaced pieces are covered for the time remaining in the original 24-month period.
