I was extremely hesitant about buying jewelry online that I was unable to really see. I went on several websites, read the reviews. I was looking for a particular religious pendant in 14k gold with a matching chain. It was a replacement of something my daughter lost. The reason I decided to purchase it from Cross & Crown was because 1. The reviews were good, 2. The picture of the item on the website was very good and the gold pendant looked nice and shiny, not dull like some of the other websites. 3. This is very important, Cross & Crown had the measurements of the pendant in mm but they also compared it to a common item ( the size of a dime) I don’t have any idea of mm and what that looks like. I didn’t want it to be too big or small. Bingo!! The size of a dime? Exactly what I was looking for . I got plenty of online coupons for signing up on other websites. I didn’t even wait for the email to come from Cross and Crown, so I didn’t get the discount. I was excited that I found what I wanted and I needed it in 2 days for my daughters birthday
Another plus is when I put the pendant in the cart, several chain suggestions came up. I had been concerned about buying a pendant and chain separately fearing that the Gold colors would not match exactly. Finally, the item I was trying to replace for my daughter was gifted to her when she was a young girl but she was wearing it well into her 20s until she lost it.
